This is the largest freestanding acrylic tank with an Amazon biotope in Poland. Its structure is a steel frame with two acrylic panels measuring 300 x 200 cm. Because only two panels are visible and the tank is transparent through, we were able to reduce production costs by using a steel-acrylic solution.
The filtration was placed in the basement and includes a large trickle bed and a constant water-change system supplied by an RO filter. A major challenge was making the decoration from natural roots. Because there is very little space above the tank, the roots were installed in segments. The tank makes an excellent impression.
